There is no ticket queue and no chatbot. There is an email address, read by the people who wrote the thing.
Include the task id if your question is about a run. It is in the URL of the task page and in every API response, and with it we can see the whole timeline — which worker was chosen, why, what it did, and what the checks said.
Things you can answer faster than we can
A task failed with “No agent could take this task.” The router found nothing that could do the job. The message names the reason for each worker.
A task was refused for budget. Every workspace has a monthly cap and a per-task ceiling, both in Settings. Running tasks reserve their ceiling until they finish, so a burst can exhaust the cap before anything has actually been spent.
A repository does not appear. Repositories sync when the GitHub App is installed and when you press Sync. If it is missing, the App probably was not granted access to that specific repository.

If you have found something that looks like a vulnerability, email the address above with SECURITY in the subject and we will reply within one working day. Please do not open a public issue for it.
